Summary
Frame and door of a switch board/fuse board. Brown wooden frame with hinges on one side. Glass panel on front. Plastic plaque on top of frame reads “First Floor No.5 | A. Phase”. Yellow electrical tape stuck to top of glass panel reads “N. West Flat Lt. Gen N BIP(?)O/Lighting”. 1 x piece of paper ripped in bottom left corner with “Quality Assurance Switchboard Record Cell No. 5” printed in black ink. (Photocopy attached to label).
