Summary
Ornate Victorian silver tea-pot and circular silver stand made by Marshall and Sons, Edinburgh. The stand is engraved with the initials of William McEwan, Mrs Greville’s father. The flat stand has a floral border, four paw feet and is engraved with a tree marked ‘reviresco’ meaning to grow green or strong again. The tea-pot is an inverted pear shape, the widest part of its form at the top, and is decorated with floral swags.
