Summary
A studio portrait taken in San Remo. The setting is elaborate with a painted background of trees against a cloudy sky. There is a large fake rock, behind which one lady stands and Margaret, sitting, leans against. Margaret is smartly dressed in a white bouse, with a dark tie, a leather belted full skirt and a short fitted jacket, which is unbuttoned. She is wearing a neat feather hat, and has a bracelet on each wrist. No rings are visible. Her companion is more severely dressed, they are both looking at the camera. This is a young Margaret Anderson. It is interesting to note that she is travelling abroad before her marriage to Hon. Ronald Greville.
