Grand Duke Michael and his two daughters are seated on a wide wooden chair. Sophie de Torby and her eldest daughter, Zia, both cup their faces in their hand and look at each other. Grand Duke Michael looks at his wife and Nada looks straight ahead. The family were frequent visitors to Polesden Lacey. Margaret Greville stayed with them in the South of France.
