Summary
A Letter from Margaret Greville to [William Foster]
Full description
A letter written on headed 16 Charles Street paper. Transcript. Date Oct 25/9 1921 Dear William [Foster], I was so glad to hear from you and so delighted your boy plays golf at Polesden. I hope he will take any friend and play as often as he likes - . In regard to the sad cases that you mention I realise how distressing they are but I have since Oct 1st declined to enlarge the sphere of my benevolent actions & am undertaking No new charities but I am continuing all my old ones. The present condition of affairs necessitate this action and my pact. Yours truly, Margaret Greville.
