Summary
Two 'Primax' Interphones; a point to point intercom, also called 'House Phones' or 'Parlour Phones'.
Full description
A wall terminal block, made of walnut, with a push-button for signalling another 'phone', and a suspended handset. Both are still wired in. The button is on the righthand side and a speaker tube is in the centre. After selecting one of the 10 options by turning the pointer; the hand set is removed and the button pressed. A bell will ring in the appropriate room of a guest or a member of staff.
