Summary

Part of a document that begins - 'Victoria by the.' and ends 'By Writ of Privy Seal'. An inscription on the reverse reads - W.G.Armstrong Invention. This document possibly refers to the Armstrong gun Patent presented to Queen Victoria and Great Britain. It is illustrated with images of Britannia and the Royal Coat of Arms. Two lengths of green and yellow wool cord remain attached to the lower edge.
