Letter (two sheets) and envelope to W.J.M.Watson-Armstrong from 'Katherine', Darlington, 4.5.1916, discussing the latest developments in the war and despairing that Will can't get leave.

Provenance

Armstrong collection. Transferred by the Treasury to The National Trust in 1977 via the National Land Fund, aided by 3rd Baron Armstrong of Bamburgh and Cragside (1919 - 1987).
