Summary
Wooden apparatus for demonstrating mechanics, includes a frame of pulleys, windlass, capstan and pile driver. Consisting of two broad pieces of wood joined at right angles by four smaller pieces, forming a square; one slat supports a large wheel and smaller wheels make up the mechanism, made by Harvey and Peake, 6 Charing Cross Road, London, W.C.
