To celebrate National Insect Week, we are taking a look at some of our “bugs” hidden in and amongst the collection here at Cragside.Lord and Lady Armstrong were keen natural history collectors. Their collection includes shells and taxidermy specimens, such as this mounted insect display. We have a new children’s trail starting from the 20th of June, come along and hunt for the less welcome guests inside Cragside House. If you would like to learn more about the events at Cragside for Bug Week, please see the events listings on the website.
