Head and shoulders portrait of a mature man, turned to the right, gazing at the spectator, wearing a black coat and black cravat, grey hear and long sideburns, pala cream background. 'P.P.Fitzpatrick 1856' written on the back.
Provenance
Armstrong collection. Transferred by the Treasury to The National Trust in 1977 via the National Land Fund, aided by 3rd Baron Armstrong of Bamburgh and Cragside (1919 - 1987).
