Head and shoulders portrait of a man, turned to the right, almost profile, wearing a blue suit, white shirt and cravat. Hazel house, fair hair and moustache, aged about 30. Sky background. Signed E.T.

Armstrong collection. Transferred by the Treasury to The National Trust in 1977 via the National Land Fund, aided by 3rd Baron Armstrong of Bamburgh and Cragside (1919 - 1987).
