Summary

One of a pair of brass and gunmetal candlesticks with a base of three miniature muskets which form a support for the candle holder CRA/M/55.1.2. See also CRA/M/55.2.

Provenance

Armstrong collection. Transferred by the Treasury to The National Trust in 1977 via the National Land Fund, aided by 3rd Baron Armstrong of Bamburgh and Cragside (1919 - 1987).
