Portrait miniature, watercolour on ivory, Sir Charles Stewart Henry Vane-Tempest-Stewart, Viscount Castlereagh, later 7th Marquess of Londonderry, MP (1878-1949) as a Boy by Robert Henderson (Dumfries 1826 – 1904). 1892. Oval. Head and shoulders portrait of a young boy facing, gazing at the spectator, in a dark grey suit, black tie and Eton collar. Blue eyes, fair hair aged about 14. Blue and white sky background.
