Portrait miniature, watercolour on ivory, Lord Charles Stewart Reginald Vane-Tempest-Stewart (1879-1899), British (English) School. c.1899. Oval. Head and shoulders portrait of a young man, facing, head turned to the left, gazing to the left, in a dark blue suit, blue tie with white spots, high white collar. Blue eyes, brown hair parted on his left, thin moustache, aged about 20. Blue and white sky background.
