Summary
One of two compotes, part of a fine Coalport dessert service, bone china, pink ground with a floral bouquet, the wide rose glazed borders decorated gilt, the reserves attractively painted with mixed garden flowers. c. 1820 - 1835. Previously described as Derby china.

Gifted to the National Trust from Lady Mairi Bury (1921-2009), 1976.
