Summary
A pair of parcel-gilt and green-painted pine side tables, British or Irish, early 20th century, each table with a rectangular top with moulded rim, with recessed panel friezes, the table rim and friezes with parcel-gilt decoration, on four square-section legs terminating in stepped block feet.
Provenance
On loan to the National Trust from Lady Mairi Bury (1921-2009) 1976, then accepted by HM Government in lieu of Inheritance Tax and allocated to the National Trust, 2012.
