Summary
Royal Doulton dark red flambe vase, circa 1920, mounted as a lamp and decorated with pastoral scene, Millet's "The Angelus". On carved ebony stand, with cream silk shade and rose fringing.
Provenance
On loan to the National Trust from Lady Mairi Bury (1921-2009) 1976, then purchased by the National Trust from the Estate of Lady Mairi Bury 2012.
