Summary
Vase, stoneware, bulbous lower body with long slender neck and flaring rim, decorated by Maud Bowden, made by Royal Doulton, Lambeth, 1904; pale grey glaze, relief moulded pattern around the body comprising stylised flowers with five heart shaped leaves, the stems made up of clay beads, the centre of the flower picked out in blue glaze, the leaves with orange glaze. .

Maud Bowden was a senior assistant to the Doulton Ware artists at Doulton & Co's Lambeth Art Studio.
