Summary

Straw-work cigar case, curved gold style, with richly patterned exterior. Tops slides open to reveal plain interior. Very fine oral straw marquetry cigar case, covered outside with straight, herringbone and chequered micromosaic bands; the inside similar but in pristine colours. 19th centruy souvenir ware, probably Italian.
