Summary

Tan leather fold-out letter bag; fastens with two buckles on the front, the straps of which are now broken; brass claps and lock with 'Goshawk' engraved on the clasp and PATENT on the lock. Originally would have had a strap attached to a metal ring on either side of the bag, the strap is missing and only one of the metal rings survives.
