Summary
One of seven sandalwood fly whisks, the turned handles with elaborate and fine carving and with turned carved finials, the flexible whisk strands also of sandalwood. There is a silver ring around the handle near the whisk 'hairs'.
Provenance
Purchased by the National Trust from John George Herbert, 8th Earl of Powis and the Powis Estate Trustees in June 2010.
