Summary
A Victorian, maple wood open armchair with turned legs and cretonne loose cover. The cretonne fabric ground colour of royal blue with pale foliate pattern. Stamped 'O.Hindley and Sons, 154 Oxford Street, London, 44001' on frame.

Purchased by the National Trust from John George Herbert, 8th Earl of Powis and the Powis Estate Trustees in June 2010.
