Summary
One of a pair of swords the hilts of gilt copper in the form of horses heads set with foiled crystals in a stylised flower pattern on a ring-matted ground. The quillons terminating in lotus buds. West India (Kutch), 19th century.
Provenance
Accepted by HM Treasury on 21st March, 1963 in lieu of tax and conveyed to National Trust ownership on 29th November 1963.
