Created by Kyffin Williams, unknown date. Acquired from the artist by Henry Paget, 7th Marquess of Anglesey (1922-1913) and Shirley, Marchioness of Anglesey (1924-2017). Then by descent to Charles Paget, 8th Marquess of Anglesey. Purchased by the National Trust in 2024 for Plas Newydd, with support from a National Trust fund set up by the late Simon Sainsbury.
