Summary
Curtain. One of nine festoon curtains in red moreen with woollen bobble fringe woven in 1986 by Context Hand and Power Loom Weavers, Rossendale, Lancashire; fringe by Sindalls (Context yarns); the curtains were copied exactly from a single survivor, thought to be one of those shown in Hester Leeke watercolour and subsequent 19thc photograph.
