Summary
Desk. An early 19th century mahogany roll-top kneehole desk with a silk back. The 4 square tapering legs have ormolu beading. There are 2 long and 2 short drawers with a tambour roll front. Enclosed there is a green leather writing surface with 8 drawers and compartments. Ormolu beading and handles have been added to give a French appearance.
