Summary
A bow-fronted mahogany stick barometer by Watkins & Hill, London, c.1820 The engraved silvered-brass scale is signed: Watkins & Hill / Charing Cross / LONDON. The front of the barometer has a control knob for the recording scale, and is mounted with a mercury thermometer with Fahrenheit and Reaumur in a glazed wooden frame.
