Summary
Cupboard part. the carcass of a wooden, built in cupboard. It has been built into the corner of a room and is rectangular with one oblique corner. It is painted white, has a cornice and a moulded plinth. The short, non-opening side, is plain; the oblique corner has three fielded panels on the top section above the mid-moulding and a cupboard with a door and one shelf below. The front of the cupboard has two opening doors in the top section into a large cupboard space. Inside, the north side of the cupboard/wall has been covered with wallpaper, with a pattern of multicoloured foliage and birds on a brown ground (c1840). The bottom section of the cupboard has two opening doors concealing five drawers, three short across the top and two long below. There are ten metal hinges, two for each door.
