Summary
Caffoy fragments. Archived fragments of red and yellow silk from skirts of caffoy pelmet swags and daybed caffoy cover, fragments of fringing, piping, braid and a velvet patch from daybed cover. Also linen linings and bags of threads.

Pelmets. ERD/T/619?- fragments from pelmet I. T/619xii,xviii, xx, xxii- silk skirt removed from caffoy swag, pelmet I. T/619xix- section of lining removed from reverse. T/6191i- pelmet I; lining from centre panel A, side panels 1 and 2. T/619iv- from pelmet I/II; yellow silk from side panel B. T/619vi- outer pelmet D; yellow and red silk skirt. T/619v- outer pelmet C(?); yellow and red silk skirt. T/619vii- pelmet I; centre panel A, yellow and red silk skirt. T/619ii- patch from side panel C. T/619- pelmet II (east end) 1970s skirts from swags. In plastic envelopes: patches and threads removed from pelmets before and after wet cleaning. Daybed squab fragments; T/619xix- yellow silk skirt from squab cover, three pieces of piping from skirt of squab cover and linen lining removed from squab before conservation. Also patch from reverse of section 5. T/157 (also daybed) velvet patch returned with squab and spare bits of fringing. T/299vi- caffoy; piece of wool braid and piece of wool fringe mounted on linen. T/246xxxviii- piece of yellow ribbed silk. T/246xi- linen removed from reverse of caffoy cover, original gusset, three patches, three pieces of yellow silk patch- all removed from cover plus sample bags of threads-removed June 2003. T/246iii- Linen from reverse, original gusset, three pieces of gold braid used as ties, sample bags of threads- removed June 2003. T/246ix- Linen from reverse of seat cover, original gusset, bags of threads all removed June 2003. T/246xii- caffoy squab cover binding and original skirt, linen lining. No number- red silk from unconserved pelmet 7/5/2007; piece of yellow ribbed silk used for display; long piece of yellow ribbed silk; fragments of red silk from gusset; piece of original repp returned from Llandudno office 2014
