Summary
.Flounce. One of eight components of cotton plain weave fabric, for a settee and squabs, printed pink and red with a willow pattern called 'Chinoiserie'. It is hand and machine sewn, gathered into a band at the top and hemmed on three sides.

Given by Philip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
