Summary
Photograph. A photograph of a group of men and two young boys standing on a stony shore by a lake. Most of the men are wearing braod brimmed hats, others wear caps, including the boys. The man in the centre of the image is bending to unravel a fishing net. All the men and the boys have their trousers rolled up to their knees.
Provenance
Given by Philip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
