Summary
Photograph. A photograph of a Greek temple, six pillars wide and with four stone steps to the side and front. The surroundings are undeveloped, with some greenery growing between stones at the visual left of the image and a triangular patch at the front. There are three men on the visual left and a woman with a white blouse, long skirt and hat standing at one corner of the temple steps. Another woman carrying an umbrella is standing at the opposite corner.
Provenance
Given by Philip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
