Summary
Textile fragment. A textile fragment in white Lancashire cotton plain weave roller printed blue, two shades of oink, red, two shades of beige and brown, glazed. The design repeat is incomplete, comprising stem stem meander flowers including roses, convolvulus and pinks on a machined ground. The trimming is cotton and wool polychrome scalloped, fringed braid. folded at 2.5cm.

Given by Philip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
