Summary

Banner. Red glazed plain weave cotton banner, with paper letters cut out and glued on to form the words "LONG LIFE AND HAPPINESS" and plain cotton trimming. Machine sewn and glued.

Provenance

Given by Philip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
