Summary
Coin. A United States silver half dime coin. The obverse shows an image of the seated Liberty and thirteen stars. The reverse shows the date 1839 surrounded by a wreath and the inscription UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. The edge is milled.

Given by Philip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
