Summary
Coins. Four French Napoleon III 10 centimes copper coins. The obverse shows a portrait of Napoleon III facing left inside a beaded circle, with an inscription outside and the date underneath NAPOLEON III EMPEREUR 1855. The reverse shows an image of an Eagle inside a beaded circle, with an inscription around the outside EMPIRE FRANCAIS DIX CENTIMES. Mint mark below.

Given by Philip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
