Summary

Greetings card. A postcard-style birthday card with a gold-rimmed oval design of yellow daisy-like flowers set in a brown background. Two small rectangular overlapping pictures partially cover the flowers. The larger of the pictures, uppermost, features a group of five trees at the water's edge. The smaller picture features a lady with an umbrella walking along a wintry lane. There is a tall plant or shrub on the right-hand side.

Provenance

Given by Philip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
