Lease agreement. An agreement between Philip Yorke and Joseph Thomas for the lease of Cae Coch land in Erddig park, of 59 acres, 1 rood and 10 perches for £90 per annum. Attached is a copy notice to quit dated 15th of August 1908, from W. Capper to Joseph Thomas, with a certificate of posting stuck on. Two sheets held together with a metal pin.
