Summary
Union webbing roller. The section that covered a horse's spine is padded with checked fabric and leather sides. One end of the webbing has ametal buckle attached with leather straps, while the other end has a leather strap with six holes, attached by a metal nut and bolt.

Given by Philip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
