Summary
Hassock. A cube-shaped hassock made form a triangular piece of two different woven pile carpets, with a jute and cotton ground and a dyed wool pile. The base is of glazed black linen and the whole has a wood chip stuffing.

Given by Philip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
