Summary

Pelmet part. A spindle drop from a pelmet. A wooden spindle in two parts of three (final part missing). Covered with crimson silk, overstitched with crimson cord. Two wool looped pom-poms in red.

Provenance

Given by Philip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
