Summary
Pelmet part. A spindle drop from a pelmet. A wooden spindle in three parts covered with crimson silk, overtwisted with crimson cord. Two wool looped pom-poms, one at the end and one between two sections.

Given by Philip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
