Summary
Pennant. A rectangular, cotton, plain weave, textile printed in red and blue with the Union Jack and sewn around the edge with white and blue thread. It is attached to a steel rod with a flaring head and threaded at the bottom to receive a white rubber washer, a black japanned steel clamp and a hexagonal steel nut.
Provenance
Given by Philip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
