Summary
Table centre piece. A George IV silver gilt centre piece consisting of a plinth on four scrolled and foliate feet. A central fluted column supports an open weave basket with vines and grapes around the edge. Two seated cherubs, one on either side of the plinth, each have a goblet raised in their left hand. The coats of arms of Simon Yorke and Margaret Holland are engraved one on each side of the longer sides of the plinth, between the cherubs.

Acquired via Sotheby's, New York in April 2003. Gifted to Erddig in September 2003.
