Summary
Pen wiper. Pieces of green, blue, red and purple felt rolled up together to form a cylindrical shape, with both ends having cut fringes. There are two leather straps with buckles encircling the roll, and also a leather strap sewn on as a handle.

Given by Philip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
