Summary
Pen wiper. Four circles of coarse weave flannel with pinked edges, joined together through the centre with metallic thread, and with a glass button at the top. The top piece of fabric has a circle of chain stitch in gold thread around it, one centimetre from the edge. The fabric circles are in different colours, with blue at the top, then grey, then charcoal, and green on the bottom.

Given by Philip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
