Summary
Trestle table. A bench-type table with leg framework at one end only and a metal support strut. The leg consists of a footpiece, vertical post and cross beams. No evidence of a leg at the other end so possibly positioned against a wall. The table top consists of two joined boards, with two extra support boards across the underside width. One on top at opposite end of leg.

Given by Phillip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
