Summary
Beret. A mans beret dated 1950 (circa). Fabric of wool dyed purple, raised nap. Trimmed with leather edging. Printed label 'Made in Hanover- England'. Soiled. Assumed to have been worn by Philip III.

Given by Phillip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
