Summary
Lace fragment. A piece of machine lace fragment dated 1900 (circa). Fabric of white cotton machine lace resembling Valencienne bobbin lace; and white cotton muslin with embroidered sprig. Part of skirt edge, possibly a baby's long gown, torn along edge. Found with dress making fragments.

Given by Phillip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
